G-Force Meter and 0–60 Timer for iPhone
Roadmeter Pro measures g-force and 0–60 on every trip you record. It captures peak acceleration and peak braking force in g from the iPhone's motion sensors, draws a g-force graph for the drive, and times your best 0–60 mph run (or 0–100 km/h) from the GPS speed stream.
01 What you get
- Peak acceleration g and peak braking g per trip
- A second-by-second g-force graph alongside the speed graph
- 0–60 mph or 0–100 km/h, picked from your display unit, timed from a standstill
- Measured on the device; the phone can be mounted at any angle
- Part of Roadmeter Pro (3-day free trial on the yearly plan)
02 What it doesn't do
- Results appear in the trip detail after a recorded trip; it is not a standalone live g-meter screen.
- A phone is not a lab instrument: a loose mount adds noise. Mount it firmly.
03 Questions
How does Roadmeter time 0–60?
It watches GPS speed from a standstill and records the time to 60 mph (or 100 km/h), rather than integrating accelerometer data, which drifts.
Is the g-force meter free?
No. G-force and 0–60 analytics are part of Roadmeter Pro.
